At WMFT Goodies Co., we want your treats to arrive as fresh and beautiful as the day they left our kitchen. Every order is packed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility with care, so your gift makes a great first impression the moment it arrives.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
- Business days: Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates based on your destination and the selected carrier, and are not guaranteed.
- Busy seasons: During peak periods and holidays, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early for time-sensitive occasions.
Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We currently ship to destinations within the United States. Orders are sent through trusted national carriers, and the carrier for your order is selected based on the destination and package. Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information whenever it is available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey to its destination. If you have not received tracking details within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us so we can help.
Gift Messaging
Sending a gift? Add a personalized message at checkout and we will include it with the order, so your greeting arrives right alongside the treats. To protect the surprise, we do not include pricing information in the package. If you are shipping directly to a recipient, please double-check the shipping address for accuracy.
Keeping Your Treats Fresh
Because we ship food products, we pack every order thoughtfully to help preserve freshness in transit. If you are shipping to a warm climate or planning around an event, we recommend arranging delivery for a time when someone can receive the package promptly. If your order arrives damaged or is delayed in transit, please reach out to us right away.
