Your satisfaction means everything to us at WMFT Goodies Co. We take great care in crafting and packing every order, and we want you to be delighted with your treats. If something is not right, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • In resalable condition, with any seals intact.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Food Safety and Perishable Items

Because we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, partially consumed, or that show signs of tampering, for the safety of all our customers. This does not affect your right to reach out to us about a problem with your order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  • Email us at support@wmftgoodies.store within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and let us know which item or items you would like to return.
  • If the issue is a damaged or incorrect item, a photo is helpful and speeds up the process.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, as returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, processed through our secure third-party payment processor. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@wmftgoodies.store within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
